Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the ShowFee app. By using ShowFee you agree to them.
What ShowFee is
ShowFee helps you keep track of your bookings, payments, expenses and clients, and create and send invoices and reminders. It is a record-keeping tool – it does not take or move money, and it is not accounting, tax or legal advice.
Your responsibilities
- Check your invoices and figures before you send or rely on them, including tax and VAT details.
- Only add other people's details (like clients' email addresses and phone numbers) that you are allowed to use, and use them for your business with that person.
- Keep your phone secure, and set up a backup so you don't lose your records if your phone is lost or broken.
- Use the email and calendar features lawfully, and don't use ShowFee to send spam.
Your data
Your records are yours and stay on your phone. See the privacy policy for details.
Google and Microsoft
If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, your use of their services is also covered by their own terms.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep ShowFee reliable, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be free of errors. We may update or change the app over time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost data, income or payments arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
